Delivery Service is only available for Hong Kong and Macau due to the pandemic.
 

Hong Kong and Macau orders will be deliver by S.F. Express or van service for large product.
International orders will deliver by UPS.
Please contact us if you wish to use other courier service.

Orders are processed and shipped on 1-3 business days (not include Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays) upon confirmation of payment. This is for reference only as the actual situation might vary depending on stock availability.​

Additional delivery fee might be charged. It depends on the weight and size of the parcel.

Customs & Regulations

 

Customers should check local postal regulations for restricted items, as Start From Zero cannot be held liable for any items that are not accepted into the regarding country.

 

Import Taxes & Duties

 

Please be advised that import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once the parcel arrives at the destination country. These charges are determined by the customs office of the regarding destination. Payment of these charges and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient and will not be covered by Start From Zero.

 

For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office. In some occasions packages may be delayed due to custom clearance.

Foreign Transaction Fees

 

Foreign transaction fees may be charged once your payment transaction has been settled. These fees are determined by your bank's pricing and transaction fee policies. For further details of foreign transaction fees, please contact your bank.

 

REFUND & EXCHANGE

 

No refund or exchange after purchase.
 

You shall inspect the parcel upon delivery and will, within 72 hours, please inform us of any defects, shortage or any failure to fulfill your order.
